How to change the time on JVC Everio GZ-MG130 Spanish Tutorial

The JVC Everio Camcorder is an old Hybrid style camera. Hybrid means that it has the ability to record to an internal hard drive and also an SD card.

This is one of the first cameras that I owned. Back then it was my go-to camera and it served its purpose. Fast forward to 2023 and you can easily tell why this particular camera might look like an ancient artifact amidst all the technology we have around us that create amazing photos and video.

However, I still use this camera on occasion. Why would I do that? well, why not, it still works and it creates fun looking videos in contrast to all the shiny and polished 4k and even 8k world of digital fabulousness that we currently live in.

I made a few videos for a handful of folks who still want to use or have an affinity towards nostalgia with these old camcorders. I owned several old camcorders and I enjoy making tutorials on them. Why would I do tutorials regarding the camera? well believe it or not people need information on how to use certain features with the camera.

Let's look at one aspect of the JVC. How do you change the time on the camera? let's take a close look and I'll show you how to do this. Go to the Menu button and press it to enter the menu. Use the joystick to go up to the icon the looks like a wrench. Press on it. Toggle down till you find "Clock Adjust" press on that. Now you will be able to adjust the date and time using the arrows and joystick. Once you are finish press set.
